"Appalling service "

About: Woodview Medical Centre

There is one particular member of staff at reception that is impatient, rude and shows no empathy. It has got me upset a number of times. Particularly during Covid there has not been much support and understanding by the surgery and as a long time sufferer with health problems been totally left to cope on my own or have to put up with being spoken to in a rude manner. This person is consistently rude and I am considering changing surgery. I have addressed this with the surgery before but no change.
