(as a service user),

ULH NHS Trust don’t always get good press locally, but I have nothing but praise following my recent gynaecology out-patient appointment. I was seen on time by an extremely warm & kindly consultant & nurse, & was given lots of reassurance & plenty of time to ‘tell my story’ & to ask any questions. I can’t thank them enough or praise them more highly.
