As always it is very reassuring to know, especially as the Ward Manager, that you have described the staff as "very professional". It is most very satisfying to hear this positive feedback from patients such as yourself who attend, as you know, the very busy weekly Rheumatology Infusion Clinic. I will make sure I pass on your positive feedback to the team.
