"So unprofessional ! "

Hello there! My name is Adrian A. I moved in this City from London, and i wanted to move my gp aswell. Ive been there with my wife, we’ve complete the files necessary for that. I asked when i can see a doctor, the lady from reception said it will take 7 days to get registered (moved ) with my gp there. Fair enough, after around 2 weeks i called to make an appointment, and she said they cannot find my NHS number, so ive called my old gp, asked my NHS , and i bring there personally , writer on a paper. Waiting again for 7 days. When i called to make an appointment to see a doctor, another lady said that i dont have NhS number so ive called again my old gp and i bring them again my NHS number. I feel better so for 2 months did not make any appointment with gp. Today on 11.08.2020, i really feel sick, and i ve been personaly to the gp to make an appointment to see a dr. This time they said im not registered with that gp and they cannot find me. Even files which ive completed already. Im disgusted about that place after 3 months trying to move my gp there, so i will give up but i will look for a manager to speak about this situation. Really inappropriate treat with people coming.
