"MRI"

Hello! Writing for a friend here who had her MRI several months back. I couldn't be so proud because I witness it myself and the transformation helped her get moving with her treatment!

First and foremost, thank you for all of the essential workers who show up every day for us! Things like diabetes and cancer don't stop just because we are in a pandemic. The level of care my friend experienced with everything Guildford Diagnostic Imaging – Royal Surrey Hospital has been exceptional from the first minute so I thoroughly appreciate all of you!! 

It was her first MRI ever in life so needless to she was very nervous about going. And let's not forget that we are still in a FREAKINGPANDEMIC so you add that to the mix and emotions are running even higher. The staffs did an amazing job from phone calls to check in, Monica and Richard (which includes a thermo reading, sanitizing hands, and changing of your face mask)all the way to the MRI nurse (god) Apollo who she had a fantastic time -explained everything to prior to beginning, maintaining professionalism with a sense of humour, which what we prefer.

Nurse Maria was excellent answering questions of concern, fab! Dealing with such a sensitive matter in an even more sensitive time has shown the level of professionalism of each caregiving staff member. Thank you for everything and keep showing up, we need you:)
