"Practice Nurse Was So Helpful"

The practice nurse/advanced nurse practitioner in Newmains Health Centre (GP was Dr Dear) was so helpful. I recently developed a wee problem and she communicated via AskMyGP quickly efficiently. She even wrote me a prescription. I was worried as covid is stopping face to face appointments with GPs but the nurse was brilliant, professional and helpful. I felt like she believed me and that made me feel valued as a patient. I then a week later had another problem and was given the exact same level of excellence. Thank you, only wish I knew your name.
