About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

Fourth birth, higher risk so admitted to doctor led labour ward, laboured from 2am till 6am when my baby boy entered the world for the 1st time!

I may not have been the best patient or listened too well but the midwifes sure had a laugh at me and I Still laugh thinking back too 🤣

Still can’t believe what a hard yet wonderful experiance it all was
Thank you to all On that ward Working night shift on the 8th of September 2019
