"Unable to get to see a doctor"

I have been wanting to see a GP, for several weeks with an ongoing issue. Each time I contact the surgery, I am unable to get an appointment,, although I appreciate due to the current situation things are very difficult. I find the consult a waste of time and very repetitive in its questions, when you need advice for an ongoing problem. I have an ongoing knee problem, which feels like it’s getting worse and causing more pain and discomfort as well as not allowing me to walk very far at present. The consult form is of no use in this situation, I feel that now a lot of other services are starting to open and try to get back to normal saltash health centre, is not at all try to resume anything like a normal service.
