"Excellent care during a worrying time"

I recently had to undergo surgery in surgical ward 2 in causeway Coleraine.

I was very nervous . from the time I arrived to the time I left I cannot thank the staff enough. I was greeted in the morning by a nurse called Karen who showed me to room C . later that morning the ward sister Debbie came in to see all the patients and to check if everything was ok . she knew that I was nervous and spent time reassuring me , During my stay she checked in on us all when on shift. her staff work well together . the laughter was lovely to hear she has a friendly ward . I would like to say how caring all the staff were . even though they wore masks they were all cheery . and put us all at ease . the ward has a lovely feel with everyone working as a team even though it is very busy you could feel and hear a happy team at work. 

Aaron Danni Helen Karen Louise Danielle Olivia Mellissa thelma were some of the staff I met there were a few more but their names fail me so apologies for missing some .
