"Sanitising "

I was in ENT department a couple of days ago. I was assured that the waiting area (chairs) would be sanitized after every patient, as I was very worried about coming to the hospital with covid virus for my hospital appointment. I sat in the waiting area at ENT department and NOT once was the chairs wiped over after each patient went, there was no one around to ask.... Apart from that I was treated very well in ENT and made comfortable by the consultant...
