My wife had an appointment for her b12 injection today but was refused as the receptionist told her she was late for her appointment! The appointment was booked for 12am but the receptionist argued it was 11.50 and she was 8 minutes late! I was with my wife when she booked the appointment! The time it was booked for was 12am ! Disgusting attitude by the receptionist and my wife has waited a long time for this injection! Shameful service!
