"My second treatment since Lock Down"

(as a service user),

This is my second treatment since Lock Down, due to COVID19.

The service is excellent, at first I was extremely nervous about travelling to Dungannon which is more difficult for me,  and receiving my treatment during a pandemic, however I had no need to be anxious.

I am very grateful this service has been continued, and for all the care the nursing staff have shown, to ensure a safe area to continue my brilliant and necessary treatment.

Thankyou so much for taking the time to share your story on care opinion.

I can appreciate how anxious you must have been leaving your home during the pandemic to come in to a hospital setting for your treatment, and I am relieved to hear that you felt safe, and were less anxious this second time.

The difficult decision was made to move us away from Craigavon Hospital at the start of the pandemic, so we could continue delivering treatments like yours, which are essential treatments, in a much safer setting, To receive feedback such as yours is very encouraging, when so many changes have been made.

I will ensure that the all the team in the Day Clinical Centre are aware of your gratitude, and once again Thankyou for sharing it.
