I have been trying to schedule a blood test for more than 3 weeks and I can't do it due to the unpreparedness of the staff.

I have been to the GP personally more than 5 times and the reception staff are extremely unprepared.

They always say that the Doctor will call you and he never does.

I got my blood test forwarded and to my surprise it was the wrong blood test.

I wasted my time and half a day to go to the hospital to collect the blood and the GP gave me the wrong referral.

This is about health, I need to do this blood test because I just finished a treatment for the disease and I need to know if I am cured or not to continue with the treatment.

Today I went to the GP personally, again to beg the right referral and once again they said that the doctor will call me.

This GP plays with the health of his patients. This is ridiculous.

I don't advise this GP to anyone, look for something better.
