(as a service user),

I had a good experience, staff were so kind and helpful.   I felt safe considering the current situation and had no worries at all.   Staff were great.

I appreciate your valued comments regarding your attendance at the Day Clinical Centre for your treatment. It has been a very important part of our patients' journey to feel safe in this current climate we find ourselves in. It is very unnerving for patients such as yourself to venture with trepidation into our relocated Unit without prior knowledge of the environment we expected you to come to. I am so glad to learn that you, in the end, you felt "no worries at all". I am pleased also to be able to pass on your wonderful praise of the staff - it means so much to each of them and gives the staff as well as the patients the encouragement to move forward together in this pandemic.
