having to get in contact with my GP surgery is hard at the best of time, even without a pandemic it is and has been a nightmare.
I had to get in touch with them and was told to go to Minor injuries which was for me 45 minutes away when surgery was 10 minutes from home. even the staff said, there was no reason why the GP couldn't seem me, they could have put the PPE on. Think this adds pressure onto the hospital service.
So I felt let down by my GP practice and it isn't the first time and it isn't and won't be the last time.
