"Talking honestly without judgement"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Fareham

(as a service user),

I was very nervous to join a group but was made to feel comfortable - Inclusion created a safe space to talk honestly without judgement.  The meetings have also provided me with routine and the support has been completely reliable.  I felt a small sense of community within my town.  I have been constantly impressed with, and hugely grateful for the level of commitment by my key worker, even though as addicts we often can't return the favour.  I always feel listened too and respected.

I have and continue to learn from their services and I am so grateful for the support I have received over the past few years.

Thank you for your recent post. Firstly, well done for having the courage to overcome your nervousness and join one of Fareham's groups and I am so glad that you have felt supported and comfortable whilst attending and have been able to speak openly and honestly about your issues. Groups are extremely helpful in recovery as they aim to provide a safe space and an opportunity for support and learning from both your peers and group facilitators.

I will pass on your positive comments to the Fareham Team and would encourage you to continue with your routine, keep accessing the support you need and wish you all the very best for the future.

Stay safe and well.
