About: St Richard's Hospital

After my forehead having a disagreement with a concrete sea wall yesterday morning (02/08/20), I attended A & E to have gash in head looked at.

The whole team on duty deserve a pat on the back for the excellent service they provided.

Receptionist was friendly and communicative and directed me to the self book in facility. Easy to use system and quickly dealt with.

Triage nurse, efficient, friendly, with a nice sense of humour.

Doctor was friendly. thorough, informative and had a nice gentle manner.

The final nurse, who glued and shackled the edges was very efficient and confident.

It was a fairly busy morning for the staff, but from what I could see, it was a well organised and slick operation.
