About: Six Degrees IAPT Six Degrees Social Enterprise (CIC) / Greater Manchester Bereavement Service

(as a service user),

After a few events of family members passing away, and other family drama during my academic year I was finding it hard to stay motivated and was putting myself in a routine of self-doubt and isolating oneself so I went to 6 degrees who talk me through strategies and techniques to take back control for a six week period which gave me confidence to face the problems ahead.
