"Caring, friendly and professional A&E Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy"

At around 9:30 pm last night (2 August 2020), I was taken to the A&E at Victoria Hospital last night suffering high blood pressure.

I wish I could do more than thank all the staff who cared for me, starting at a very polite and friendly receptionist to the caring and efficient triage nurse (Ms. Henderson) to Dr Calabria who handled my case. Dr Calabria was simply exceptional. Not only was she meticulous, but showed genuine care about my well-being. She explained the purpose of the tests in a simple clear language, and treated me with utmost respect and attention.

This, like many other visits to hospitals, make me realise how luck we are to have people like you.
