First I would like to say when I went to A& E during Covid I was seen quickly and lots of tests including a CT was done on me. The care there was excellent. All the staff were very helpful. It was only when I was transferred to a different ward that things took a turn for the worse. I was and still am traumatised by a lot of things that happened to me during my stay. I honestly don’t think there is enough space to write it down. I was lucky that I was able to speak up for myself when others couldn’t.

Firstly, thank you for your feedback regarding your care in the Royal Victoria Hospital Accident and Emergency Department and subsequent transfer to ward.

It is an extremely anxious time for individuals who have to attend hospital and I really appreciate you taking the time to provide positive comments regarding your care in Accident and Emergency.
