"Breeze hill community practice"

About: Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

On arriving at breeze hill community practice this morning at 8. 07 am we parked on the disabled bay to walk into the practice easily as my partner is disabled, the door was locked my partner knocked lightly on the window to be told to walk around the front of the building which for a disabled person who is very unsteady on his feet and and with a heart problem and lung problems.

We made the walk around only for my partner to fall twice on the way round, then we went up in the lift to the waiting room our appointment was for 810 and 820 my partner went looking for the nurse only to be told we are not ready for you we will call you when we are ready! ! ! ! We then sat back in the waiting room I then counted 10 people waiting for bloods to be taken? . What is the point of appointment time to social distance? ? The only saving grace was the guard on the front door recognised us and let us out the side door straight to our car as I don’t think my partner could have made the walk back up the hill to our car
