I fell from a ladder when cleaning out the gutters on a bungalow! I sustained a small bleed on the brain.
When I came home and a few days later I noticed my legs swelling up! I had Oedaema and heart failure!
Backed To hospital and admitted to a Covid ward as I was Covid neutral. Then moved to the Cardiac ward When I Tested negative to check out my pacemaker had not been damaged in the fall from the ladder. The Heart Specialist identified low sodium ( salt) and then sent home when sodium level returned to normal.
Then a few days later again my right arm went numb and I could not Work my fingers. My wife and I and the ambulance men all thought I was having a stroke. Admitted for a third time to hospital.
Use of my arm and hand returned Professor Sharma Told me all 3 visits To hospital were side effects of a small brain injury and that 2 of my tablets We’re full of Potassium which causes low Sodium( salt) and stopped my heart and reflux tablet as a trial for 2 months. Back in 1 month for follow up CT Scan and reassessment of tablets.
All the staff were amazing ,very hard working ,never a free minute including emergency service, 999 , and Ambulance Service. Thank you so much for sorting a difficult case out!!!
