"Overflowing bins and empty sanitiser dispensers"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I walked through the main hospital past the cafeteria and observed several overflowing bins with discarded masks on the floor. I tried several dispensers that were empty or didn’t work, one of which was at the entrance to the cafeteria
