"Excellent Nurse who performed my Cystoscopy"

I was very impressed with the care I received at High Wycombe Urology Unit. The Nurse Practitioner who performed my Cystoscopy had an excellent bedside manner and helped me relax as it was painful initially but once I took a few large breaths she reached the bladder and no further pain was experienced. Her two nurse assistants were also kind and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. I trust I will receive same excellent care next week when I visit the X ray department for my CT urogram.......keep up the good work. Thankyou very much. 10/10 rating.
