About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Rheumatology

(as a service user),

I have been a long standing patient at Gartnavel General Rheumatology Department. I just wanted to express my gratitude at the high level of personalised care I receive from this department. I would like to recognise Kay  my specialist nurse who looked at me like a real person and has supported me to control my disease and have a successful pregnancy something I thought would never be possible when I was diagnosed. I am extremely grateful for Kay's excellent care and for making a huge difference to not only my life but my whole familys life. What a wonderful nurse! I feel so supported and reassured being a patient at Gartnavel the whole department is amazing!

Thank you so much for such lovely feedback in regards to the time you have spent within the Rheumatology Department at Gartnavel General Hospital and especially providing such kind words towards one of the specialist nurses Kay.

I'm was touched to read that she has been such a supporting figure in helping you control your disease. I would also like to offer my congratulations on your pregnancy that's fantastic news.

I will be sure to pass on your comments to Kay and the team which I'm sure she will be very humbled to hear. This was very much appreciated.
