It was my first time in South Tyrone Hospital for infusion treatment. As usual staff are very friendly and helpful.   It's great to have wide open space, not like Craigavon Area Hospital, where there were 3-4 patients to 1 small room.

I am delighted to hear that you found our relocation to have such "open space" - I am sure this has helped you to be confident in continuing to come back for your essential Biologic treatment.

I concede the rooms in our pre-Covid Unit in Craigavon were small and appreciate these would not be conducive to social distancing measures which we need to ensure are in place so you can attend for your future infusions.

Thanks again for expressing your concerns and we will keep you updated with any future changes we make in terms of our location going forward.
