My family and I have been patients at this practice for over 10 years. It has always been a bit of a factory - a different doctor every time trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible, but it has recently gotten bigger and even more impersonal. There is no regard for the patient experience. By way of example, the practice recently changed the appointment booking process without notifying patients. There are now even more online and telephone hoops to jump through in order to get to the first stage of a telephone consultation with a doctor. It feels like a battle to try and get decent care and when you need a doctor, that’s rarely a battle one has the energy to wage. I’ve tried to get in touch with the practice manager, but my emails and phone messages have been ignored.
