"The birth of my daughter"

The birth of my daughter was a very special experience due to the staff involved in my care both antenatal, during birth and post natal. The care and attention I was given by all was so professional, personal and empowering. I could not have managed to get through the difficult journey without the special care and attention I was given. Especially at a time where the maternity unit is under such pressure and a global pandemic. The staff at Doctor Gray's and extended maternity services are true warriors fighting for each and every patient in their care. Every person I experienced was a positive force and I have never felt so well cared for. It feels unfair to name individuals as the team are a strong entity who support each other as much as they support their patients.
