(as the patient),

I was promptly contacted by the Cardiology Assessment Team.  Team was very polite caring and very helpful.  I was seen the same day and was assessed from top to toe.  Had a lovely sociable chat with the Nurse who worked extremely hard and was super attentive to detail.

Thank you for looking after me and putting me at ease.
