"My most sincere thanks"

Can you please pass on my most sincere thanks to John. Unfortunately I had to attend the emergency dental service after suffering severe toothache however due to a life long phobia of dentists I almost walked straight back out. However thanks to his empathy kindness and ability to make me feel at ease and explain everything he was doing I was able to get the treatment I needed. He even rearranged his afternoon and worked through his lunch break to help me and went above and beyond what he needed to. All too much nowadays people aren’t getting the gratitude they should be so I would appreciate it if my sincere thanks could be passed onto John. The rest of his team were also friendly and helped put me at ease and the environment couldn’t have been any cleaner and I felt safe at all times. Thanks again
