The staff are rude and unable to do they jobs properly . Even when trying to explain the severity of the conditions the reception continuously do not give you the chance to speak . And are immediately rude when trying to u understand how there will not help and take this seriously. They put the phone down twice after trying to ask further questions and still have not gave me the help i need. Continuously rude and unable to put me on the phone to a manager or someone more capable
