first time of negative experience. virtual appt scheduled but never received text message as per letter, consult calked mobile which never rang due to poor signal , called land line which is not connected and have told you it is not on several occasions. called to ask for another attempt and no response to this, sent in email with details , no response, meanwhile i continue to be in pain. virtual consults are great if you follow the instructions you are sending out and make some adjustments for people who live in poor signal areas. had the instructions been followed i would t ha r had a problem. had i known you weren’t going to follow instructions i would have driven to area where i can get a decent signal . this is my first issue with DHC in eleven years and appreciate this is unusual times and hope it is a one off and i get some response soon
