I recently had to have a tilt table test in the Cardiology Dept. The two staff who carried it out were extremely kind and understanding. They really took their time to help me to feel at ease and reassure me when I felt unwell. I was very upset afterwards, because of the results it showed, and again they were very thoughtful and helpful. I can't say thank you enough. It was the final step in a problematic journey to reach a diagnosis since my admission to Heartlands in May. I am very grateful, thank you. SH
