I would just like to draw your attention to the fantastic service provided by Anna. Anna came to visit my home and support me in devising a plan to help me gain more independence. The support was very personalised and non generic. Anna was polite, caring and shown empathy. She truly is an asset to your service and I had to inform you of this.

I Lead a Team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and support staff to deliver assessment and intervention to help people maintain a level of independence in their own home. I am also a Physiotherapist .
