"Very pleased with telephone appointment"

(as the patient),

I have a long term illness and go for regular 6 weekly blood tests at my GP practice but with the current situation with Covid I had my follow up appointment over the telephone and have to say I actually preferred it.   I actually like the conversation and felt that I had more time to talk and be listened to.   It was as good if not better than a face to face appointment.  

The appointment was on time, I didn't have to travel or pay any parking fees and it made me feel safe as I have to shelter.   I could say what I thought and ask the questions that I wanted too, I have met the person previously so felt comfortable speaking.   Overall I think it is a very good service and I was very pleased.
