"Disappointing service"

G.p referral to insomnia clinic and sleep medicine. After 6-7 dates for Hugh's clinic being postponed or cancelled. I've been on sleeping pills for 47 years and cut down to 1 a night. I was desperate. told them to set an early date so my pill dose won't increase. I sent an email. The date they sent me was for the end of |July 2021. I turned up there yesterday so grateful for a final appointment to be told the place was closed! This hospital in my experience has been drastically uncaring towards me. I told them I would never go back to be treated so cruelly. I didn't sleep at all last night as I was so upset about their refusal to listen to me and the shoddy lack of respect which I have received. I could never trust my life in their hands. It seems very unprofessional to me. In fact the only hospital which has ever maltreated me, sad to say.
