"Very caring in extreme conditions"

Attended imaging at the Cavell for the first time. All staff very welcoming from front desk to the Reception desk in Imaging.

Had a short wait but was explained why due to the virus affecting length of appointments. Imaging nurse and Radiologist were exceptional listening to worries and explaining the procedure.

Even when I had to phone again later for a query, it was dealt with immediately.
