All of the staff at this establishment should be very proud , the care provision to clients is first class. On entering the home the ambiance is calm and well presented, the clients rooms are always clean and tidy. All of the staff are always smiling and friendly, they know and understand the needs of their clients.
Our family would like to thank all staff for the outstanding care they have provided pre-covid lock down and during to keep all the clients safe. We are all so indebted to you for doing such a wonderful job in caring for all in your care.
