(as a service user),

On Wednesday I had my assessment done over the telephone. I was contacted today twice confirming, that based on my assessment IAPT can offer me CBT therapy. And my first appointment is the following Monday What an excellent service. Everybody, that I spoke to was very professional and polite. Thank you IAPT.
