I had my ACDF operation last Wednesday 8/7/2020 and the care I received was
fantastic from arrival to discharge .The hospital is very well organised with safety measures in place and the new patient entrance,The care in Ambulatory care being excellent credit to all the lovely staff and theatre porters ,I felt very at ease and comfortable on arrival to theatres as all staff were supportive ,caring and smiling making it a much better patient experience for myself as I had started to feel a little nervous ,On arrival to Ward 728 I was given a lovely side room and every member of staff i met during my short overnight stay from cleaners, healthcare assistants ,ward sisters and physiotherapist and surgeons were all wonderful, kind and caring going above and beyond there job role nothing being too much trouble . Thank you also to my neurosurgeon and Team you truely are fantastic professionals ensuring my operation went ahead safely and successfully . The hospital is spotlessly clean in a safe environment and the hospital food was delicious ,I myself work for the NHS and therefore realise how hard all staff work with the patients care being there main priority, well done all staff at QE and thank you all so much for such a lovely caring patient experience and for ensuring I received the best care and such a pleasant stay .
"Absolutely outstanding patient care"
