"Bereavement"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as the patient),

My mother passed away in February this year. She was 97 and my wife and I had been caring for her for a number of years. Over the previous three months we had been staying with her as she needed 24 hour care. Mum and my wife and I were very close and her passing has been very hard to cope with. I became depressed and unable to deal with everyday life. On the advice of my GP I contacted Bromley Talk Together who arranged a course of CBT through Silver Cloud.

Dear Music Maker,

I am sorry to hear of your mother’s passing earlier this year and my sincere condolences to you and your family.

I hope you found the course helpful and if you ever feel the need to contact the service for further advice please do not hesitate to do so. Alternatively, you can email me via bromh.feedback@nhs.net.

With best wishes, Sharon
