"Calmed me right down"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Clinical haematology

(as the patient),

Went  to University Hospital Hairmyres. Hematology outpatient for a bone marrow test. Was quite anxious about procedure, until I got an amazing led nurse Jane. She talked me through everything  that she was going to do. All through  the procedure  she was talking to me telling me what she was doing and  counting down how long it was taking.   She calmed  me right down and  I felt safe in her hands ..What an amazing lady
