"The staff took her dignity way"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

(as a relative),

My mother was admitted with breathing problems and swollen feet, she had kidney disease but her heart and stats were fine, obviously we could not see her die to covid that has ruined my finial days with her, she was fighting and would of fought like a lion, admitted by ambulance what happened from there I don’t want to even think of how she was treated, spoke to a staff member  who couldn’t conform my identity on the phone fair enough I understand that, but told me she is very unwell 2 days after she was admitted. but my dad went up to see the doctor only he was allowed, doctor told my dad he will not give up on her she in weak but they will try 2 hours later they have with drawn 2 drips  is that all kidney failure wouldn’t dialysis be a first option?

I had to go up and see my mother in a side room dying on her own she was thirsty the drink was no we’re near her she couldn’t even hold the cup I said why is she on her own, oh one nurse she not been on her own they was told not to tell her she is dying she went there thinking she could be helped as she was a fighter. I’m not in denial she could of been given a chance she deserved. A second chance she was a angel a heart of gold and wild help anyone in distress she was sent form heaven to be on this cruel earth, they left her to die and I need answers. She was given a injection in her belly button my dad seen this not me. In her last few days she was treated badly by some of the staff, they took her dignity away from her .I’ll never know now if they told her she was dying.

She said over a week a ago don’t take me hospital they will kill me she had such a bad experience last time. It was unreal, they spoke to her like she was a child and no regards for my dads feelings or mine she was treated like she was nothing give up on only god will know. I hope you all can feel a slight bit of pain I’m going through because I’m broken my dad heart has gone my brothers life’s or mine will never be the same as the experience I had will haunt me till I die. She was a angel, best hearted person I know and loved a chat with people and my dad said to me one nurse opened her mouth and said do I want to live u need to open your mouth, he has to live with not standing up to the nurses treating her badly.

Lord knows I’m praying now all those people and loved ones who is going through what I am I hope they get justice. I have no one, they took her from me I’ll never have peace in my life, am broken and my children are the only thing I’m keeping strong for my baby’s need me more then ever.

Worst thing is her heart and blood pressure was fine as the paramedic did that at home, then she has kidney failure organ failure, she has pancreatic cancer, pneumonia. It’s all a bit too much. None of it makes sense ! Thanks Blackburn you’ve crushed my life.
