I moved home to Ivybridge in June 2019 and Beacon MG, and their relationship / co-ordination with NHS, was so much better / brilliant than when I lived in Berkshire!!! Beacon appointments are quick and time attendance (even in Covid times when needed), good phone and email contact etc, great responses and my earlier"combined NHS / Beacon" via their / NHS physiotherapy was super brilliant helping my "retired" health / problems compared to my last home area!! In this area of Devon, perhaps, how you all "health" work, together, is so great, connected and unique in England terms as a GP and NHS user - before I moved to Devon / IVYBRIDGE connectivity.

I do rather feel (as I was a Council Chair in Berkshire, a Senior Civil Servant, in the FCO as a Director, "qualified as FRICS FRSA", an ACPO member and I am in Who's Who) that how Beacon operate is brilliant but it is unfortunately "their great structures and approaches (combined with NHS in Devon so well)" is so undermined by HMG approaches compared with in the rest of many areas across the rest of England and the UK!

It is super great that both Beacon and NHS co-ordinate on all practical stuff! Beacon and Plymouth NHS so improved my health challenges in great mega aspects!

It is, I feel, that none of the UK "political parties", UK NHS and the Civil Service get a grip on the structures between NHS and the GP's teams - that are independent and separate! It is about time this is radicalised by HMG / Prime Minister and modernised... I could go on further but best I stop and all my concerns and thanks seems oblique by all political parties in England and the UK. Let's move forward in 2020 regardless of Covid! In my old Berkshire area GP's were so small and "individually separate" and THEY ARE PRIVATE ANYWAY in the UK! That is "broadband thoughts" it is great Beacon have "merged" and greatly stronger creative with NHS in my Devon area. I do also more broadly feel that in all this GP, NHS stuff we need now to move to Devon and Cornwall - not the rather "odd" South West - and get HMG / Civil Service to readapt and modernise "areas on bureaucracy that impact on all our health support - and I accept my views are totally
