"Not great"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

My mother has AF condition of the heart and since the beginning of the year has been rushed by ambulance to A&E. Each time she has attended they have told her the cardiology team need to send my mother a heart monitor out to check to see what is going on. After her third visit she received a telephone call from cardiology saying they would send a heart monitor out....this STILL has not happened and we’re now in July!!!! The virus cannot be blamed for this delay as they’ve said since January they would send one. My mother’s GP has been chasing to no avail also.

This is unacceptable and if anything were to happen to my mother while waiting for the heart monitor, this matter will be taking much further. I expect to receive a response.
