I had a blood test done, the reports were made available online and the doctor responded to all my queries promptly.

I also requested repeat prescription online which was sent quickly to the pharmacy as well.

Our staff are working their socks off at the moment to respond to patients as quickly and comprehensively as they can, and it’s great to know that their hard work is being appreciated! For example previously repeat prescription requests were responded to within 48 hours, but now many prescription queries are responded to within a few minutes! You may have noticed that our online service has improved in speed and efficiency over the past few months, and that’s because we recognise that it’s so important to keep our relationships with patients strong during these difficult COVID19 times. We hope you continue to be happy with our services.
