"used to be a good practice but now its the worst"

i have been a patient here for many years and it used to be a great practice but over the years as so many have noticed it has just gone completely downhill you have all those doctors including the new ones and basically theres probably only 2 out of all of them who are kind considerate and actually listen to you and try and help you the others are completely useless and unhelpful there no other way to say it the reception is a complete joke they hardly ever answer the phone and not that helpful if they ever do same for the dispencary they only answer the phone when they feel like it and if they ever do they are so miserable and unhelpful and lastly this has to be mentioned the practice manager how she can even have the title of practice manager is beyond a joke she is the worst unhelpful person i have ever dealt with now 2 things are either going to happen one is they wont display this review because they know its the truth or they will reply on here with a silly message saying we are very sorry to hear this please contact the practice about this and if you did they would do absolutley nothing about these problems im so glad i have changed to a different surgery and it is so much better the doctors are all helpful and reception and dispensary is so much better
