"Brilliant diagnosis and advice "

I used the online speak to a doctor process and within circa 10 minutes a doctor phoned me. Especially with the current cv19 situation 10 minutes is exceptionally good. More importantly the diagnosis and advice given by the doctor was amazingly accurate as confirmed by the hospital that very day. It wasn’t cv19 as stated by the doctor, but it was the other specific possible reasons for my issue. Not wanting to sound dramatic this could have been easily fatal if the doctor’s diagnosis wasn’t so accurate and the insistence I visit A&E. so a big thank you Doctor.
