About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I called all three numbers quoted in the email from the LRI communications team in a failed attempt to book a wound review. All three numbers rang endlessly.  I gave up.

In my opinion, this is a management failure.
