The receptionists at Swanwood are amazing, they have helped me and my family out so much lately and have been so kind! In the current circumstances they are under pressure as it is and are trying to help everybody as much as they can, and they really need to be appreciated and not be moaned at. Have respect for our nhs staff, they are under pressure and can only do what they can do at the end of the day! Keep going strong at the reception girls!! Also can’t fault the doctors or nurses either always so helpful and have really helped me through the last few months with phone call appointments!
